General Glazing Highlights
This beautiful home sits up in the hills overlooking Hollywood to Los Angeles past Beverly Hills to the Ocean. Almost 60 percent of the exterior of this building is made up of Hope’s Steel windows. The frames in the center of the home are all 25 feet tall. The wood entry doors are installed directly into the steel framing at the front of the house while the flanking walls sit above water features flowing around the courtyard. The entire back of the home is steel and glass providing views from any location. The great room is made up of a corner which can be opened up entirely for entertaining utilizing 35 and 25 foot Fold and Slide door systems. The backyard has over 400 lineal feet of glass handrailing with chrome base cladding and top caps. The balconies also have glass handrailing that is attached by standoffs bolted directly into the building face. This custom home is truly breathtaking.
