Scope of Work

Hardman Glazing has completed projects in all areas of the glazing industry; from commercial to high end residential and everything in-between. Whether it is curtain wall, steel windows, European Systems, glass handrails/walkways, skylights, leaded glass or anything within the industry we are competent and capable of managing the installation of any system with the highest level of accuracy. Everything we do is a reflection on our reputation and our reputation means everything to us.

We have not encountered any glass or frame too large (within manufacturer’s limitations) or any project too challenging that we have not been able to manage successfully. We work with General Contractors, Architects and Owners from pre-construction, design, product selection and waterproofing through the completion of the installation. We have relationships with outstanding glazing contractors that we use across every State in the country. We are also able to work with and guide glazing contractors of your choosing as well. Our reputation for excellent craftsmanship and years of experience across all aspects of the glazing trade has made Hardman Glazing a sought after management addition to projects by architects and general contractors throughout the United States.

Also available across all of the United States, Kevin Hardman is available as an expert witness for fenestration and waterproofing litigations. If you have a project that is leaking or has functionality issues, or you are being accused of improper installation practices. He can help in reviewing the case documents and claims for validity. Inspections of jobsites or deconstructed fenestration materials can be done and documented. Kevin is available for depositions pertaining to the case or to take the stand in cases that go to trial. Email or call to learn more as to how he can help.
