General Glazing Highlights
For this home project Pete Moffat Construction craned in modular units to link to site built sections to create a one of a kind residence. For our portion we installed Goldbrecht Windows and Doors (Now Victrocsa USA) throughout the home. The windows rise over 25 feet going floor to ceiling on both sides of the main living space. At the top of the windows on these walls are motorized awning windows that help to cool the space on hot days. At the back elevation the lower half of these walls are complete fold and slide doors that open the space from the corner of the room to both adjacent walls. In the kitchen is a window for light and a fold and slide door as well. In fact all of the bedrooms have these folding doors which provide ample light as well as unobstructed access and views. Upstairs in the master bedroom you will find two sets of four panel fold and slide doors that let the exterior in along with cool breezes. This home is beautiful, sustainable and functional.
