General Glazing Highlights
For the new reception area at ZD winery we provided custom channels for the four openings looking into the barrel room past the reception desk. These large pieces of laminated glass are 9/16 in thickness and measure 11 foot by 8 foot. At the upper level there are three pieces of 1/2 inch tempered handrail glass to minimize any obstruction to the views beyond. Directly across from the reception desk is the private dining room. The rooms are separated by a three panel 13 foot tall sliding door made in Portugal by Hyline Systems. Upstairs is the tasting room. A beautiful space overlooking the vineyard. Both exterior walls have Hyline sliding doors that open into the walls to expose the views and give fresh air to the room. The indoor and outdoor space is a peaceful place to taste ZD’s exceptional wines.
